Alex Martínez
Founder
Entrepreneur and operations strategist with over a decade of experience leading multimillion-dollar projects in manufacturing, international logistics, and digital transformation across three continents. He founded his own international trade company connecting Asia with Latin America, where he learned firsthand the operational bottlenecks small and medium businesses face every day. That experience led him to create Sendero AI: a consultancy that doesn't come from the academic world of AI, but from the real world of operations — where every automation has to generate measurable results from the first month.

We founded Sendero AI because we saw a huge gap: large consultancies like McKinsey and BCG offer brilliant AI solutions, but only for companies that can pay millions. Meanwhile, small and medium businesses — the engine of the economy in Latin America — are left behind.
Our mission is to close that gap. We bring the same level of AI expertise to small and medium businesses, but with realistic budgets, communication in Spanish, and a 100% practical approach.
